To fix that problem:
unzip the file Long_Underground_Pipes_16_0.0.2.zip
go to prototypes
open "items.lua"
below the line with in it written
icon = "Long_Underground_Pipes_16/graphics/icon/2xUndergroundPipe.png",
add this line without quotation marks "icon_size = 32,"
repeat for all items: in the 4x, 10x, and 25x version. Your text file should look like this:

Once you have done that, zip the folder Long_Underground_Pipes_16_0.0.2 again and overwrite the one you downloaded.
The items ingame have their descriptions bugged and incomplete but are functionally working as intended.
