Use stone to reclaim land and explosions to remove it.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
A small 2x2 said it need 10 landfill, so I picked up a 100 and used all 100.
Tried a few other small water holes and even with thousands of landfill material it would always use the entire amount.
