useless, its included into base/vanilla version

This mod still has slightly more functionality, you can still explode the land to get water and you can also still instantly fill a water area with land. Not super useless but yeah.

The mod doesn't even have landfills in it anymore - just the water-be-gone and the bomb :)

perhaps by now it should be renamed "water bomb" xD
That's the functionality i still use it for anyways. Water Wells still can't compete with offshore pumps.
