When upgrading underground belts it replaces only the down(in) side.
The up(out) side stays marked as to be upgrade.
It's weird becaus you can't only replace one side by hand.
This mod is the best earlygame mod.
There are some others "bugs"like loosing fokus on building+crafting or grabing unwantet stuff from belts near by
