Some weird things I noticed:
In base K2, 1 fusion cell is worth 10 GJ creates 10,000 steam. (each power plant has a max output of 1.5GW ( 75% efficiency after considering operating power costs))
In this+K2, 1 fusion cell is worth 20 GJ and creates 50,000 steam (each power plant has a max output of 9.5GW (95% efficiency after considering operating power costs))
It seems theres a 2.5x discrepency here between the efficency of fusion cells and their output in a portable reacter vs full reactor.
