With vanilla quality mechanics, the chance of skipping a tier is exponential.

If uncommon is a 1/100 chance, then rare should be 1/100^2, epic 1/100^3 and legendary1/100^4.

Ideally, the mod take a single variable and calculate tier skips using an exponent, and only give the highest tier unlocked by research.
But short of rewriting the mod for that, could you update the maximum value setting to 100000000?

I know, but given the fact that the game is about automation and you handcraft less and less I didn't want the probability to be THAT low for legendaries
Is mostly meant as super rare stuff you get once in a while, even if that means it's slightly unbalanced compared to the actual automation of quality stuff
