I just installed your mod, along with space exploration and there is no srcoll bar in the item selection window thus preventing the plate from showing some item that are lower in the window.
see in capture, there should be two toher scince tier along with thei data cards

I tried lowering the interface size but it made no difference.

If I find time to fix this, I will replace the item menu with the vanilla item picker. This will fix a heap of problems instead of just yours. Until then it should be possible to search for the desired item (search bar is at the top of the menu) to remove all non-matching from view.
