Adds a new type of mining drill that only uses water
Mods introducing new content into the game.
New Ores and resources as well as machines.
Does this drill have an output so the water, after passing through the drill, can continue to another drill (at slightly lower pressure), or a tank, or wherever else a pipe can take it to somewhere else useful or does it just disappear.

The water gets consumed by invisible assembling machine to decide whether the drill should work or not, so no fluid flow outside from the drill.
