Is this dependancy mandatory ? As long as you just turn off the tweaks that concern this mod, why should it be ?
I find Clown's mods pretty cool to play without the extended minerals one, as it's not required by the others, so I'm just wondering if I could play without it, and with your cool tweaks :).
