the dependency of this mod with madclown nuckear extensión should be either hard, or fixed:

this happens when having all mandclowns but nuclear extensión, plus all bobs, plus all angels, bbut I think it just has to do with madclown's

Can I get the full error message? The message you are getting has nothing to do with nuclear extension as far as I can tell, so I need the entire thing to figure out what is going wrong.
