Now, it is currently good and i prefer it over the vanilla character if that says something. But at the same time i can see there's something something a little bit off in the running animation, that i have hard time putting into words just what it is. Stiffness of somekind. A few comparisons:

How do they differ from gear girl? I suppose the other 2 sway more up and down, and back leg doesn't stay so far behind. Gear girl seemed to snap the forward going leg in place a little bit, braking the fluency.
I guess this is one example of how not to animate running :) But it looks similar in a way:

We could propably give better feedback seeing the high detail 3D model in animation. It's difficult from the pixelated one.
