I compared raiguard's original BNL with this and found version requirement seems loosened from base >= 1.1.85 to base >= 1.1
But this restriction is intended to avoid a bug in the base game. Have you solved this?

I discontinued this mod, however I made a pack mod with several modifications including this one and it is still under development.
