Hi ! All alerts on the map are speed up when I set 144hz. Any idea? Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately that's not something I believe can be changed by a mod. However there is an option un "Settings -> Graphics -> Accessibility -> Enable warning icons blinking" which can be disabled entirely. You might find that preferable to the faster blinking.
