I have only Krastorio 2, Space Exploration, GDIW, and dependencies installed; this bug does not occur when missing any of these mods.

In the Solid Rocket Fuel (using Light Oil) recipe, each Krastorio 2 recipe takes 16 seconds. However, because Space Exploration encourages the player to launch a rocket sooner and more easily, Space Exploration changes the Light Oil recipe to take only 1 second (and not the other Rocket Fuel recipes with alternative ingredients.)

However, it seems that GDIW ignores this Space Exploration change to Krastorio 2; the GDIW variant of the recipe takes the full 16 seconds and not just 1 second.

(PS: this won't necessarily help anyone diagnose this bug, but a similar phenomenon occurs with the Fluid Permutations mod.)

It is not a "bug" in a way, as the mods you're decribing are overwriting each other's changes to the mentioned recipes.

Newest versions of SE and K2 "fixes" that with a complete new set of recipes, that are overwriting in a more correct way. Still GDIW might interfere with those changes.

Current solution I can suggest is going into the SE an K2 mods files and change the recipes described there directly.
