fix with SE.its can be placed on space now.and also allow beacon effect(not productivity).

i installed the Flare Stack-SE Mods without installing Flare Stack first. On loading i got an error for a missing field. After installing Flare Stack as well, it worked no problem.
So i guess Flare Stack is NOT optional but mandatory.
yes. it's just a bridge mod to make flare stack work better withe SE. i just mistake the dependency.
