i Question about filters.

Hi! Thank you again for your work, it's truly excellent!
I have a question. After installing the manipulator, some items are already listed in the filters. This usually depends on the source. For example, if a chest contains multiple items, it will only list those items in the filters. However, in one of the updates, I can't pinpoint which one, I started seeing items that weren't there at all. For example, the manipulator takes glass from the furnace, but the furnace itself contains nothing except the ingredient for glass, the glass itself, fuel, and the item that may be left after the fuel burns (not always, it depends on other mods).
The question is, where does he get these filters from?

Or, if the manipulator is pointed "into" the source, that is, into the furnace, then why does it show these filters?

After I feed it belts, say with sand, sand is added to the filters, but all the other filters remain. I'm roughly assuming that the manipulator also receives the filters the furnace can produce in general (meaning not just what's currently discovered, but everything the furnace might produce in the future). But why? This isn't the source of the items it takes from; in theory, these filters shouldn't exist at all, since the manipulator doesn't take from the furnace, it only places them in the furnace.

You get filters for fuels the furnace can use. It's not filtered to discovered or not discovered items, but that's a good feature to add!

It shouldn't show you items the furnaces can accept or produce - it works by recipe and furnaces don't generally have recipes.

The first image is strange, but probably dependent on the mods you use.

If you could list your mods and/or post a copy of your save file, it would help a lot in identifying the issue and come up with ideas to make it better.

Yes, one of the mods converts furnaces into prototype workbenches.
I could list the mods, but there are about 500 of them. Do you really need them? :)
As for saving, no problem. Here's the file:
