Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.
Either the mod needs to require the space DLC as a dependency, or fulgora needs to be removed as a planet for Fallout 20. Or something else. I'm sure there are other options that won't cause failures to load the mod.
Should be fixed now. I was experimenting whether you could have the tracks on the new planets (you can!), and forgot to remove a line.
Do let me know if it still fails to load.
