Could you bring out an update for 0.17? Works perfectly until now for me and has a much more realistic and beautiful light cone that https://mods.factorio.com/mod/LightCone.
It's possible to update the mod file by yourself:
1) unzip EnhancedFlashlight_0.1.2.zip
2) change "factorio_version"-value "info.json"
3) zip the folder so it keeps the old structure (don't change the file name unless you change it in info.json)
Works for me without problems.
