Seems to be lots of techs that aren't localised as well.

Updated the salpeter, magma text also fixed text on on steam enginge mark 4.
Gonna do the rest tomorrow if I get time between jobs :/
Going to learn how to sort the tech tree better and also gonna ask a friend to update the picturen on coal technologies (the one with worst sorting because it was the first one I did...)
