Make multiplayer communication a bit fancier with player speech bubbles and emotes

https://imgur.com/dHWmcnp When a friend runs on my server, his floating chat remains in the air and does not keep up with him, while my messages are always in place above me (on his side).
It's probably lag, if he hosts the game and you connected the problem would likely be reversed. I don't know what can be done about it unfortunately
