Adds a new combinator that shows custom messages on your screen based on circuit conditions.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
Fixes: - Previously, upgrading this mod would sometimes break maps saved with earlier versions of the mod. - Annoying message when clicking on GUI elements other than this mod's text box.
