Makes quality a bit easier. Removes speed penalty on quality modules, quality penalty on speed modules. Makes Quality module 3 give 3% for a bit nicer tier boost.

Would it be possible to have settings for this mode? Default as you have now but checkboxes to turn of quality reduction for speed modules and a setting where it's possible to enter the % boost for quality module 1, 2 and 3?
