I tinkered around with the bobs's mining mod setting falses to trues but no luck. Note the error is in the base mod since this mod only makes certain recipes true. I also have no idea why it wanted to disable certain random mods like angels refining and ranadomrecipes.
I have all the mining drills enabled but for some reason the mod thinks there isn't a mining drill mk4?
It wants to disable random mods cause I require to much and it guesses that they break it.
Can you send me a save with all your mods enabled except this one?
@SuperSandro2000 how did you fix it? I have the same error with bob-roboport-4 for satellite-communications. I disabled the requirement for it, and it works now, but would want to put it back myself.
I found where it is. In settings for bob logistics there is option to disable roboports, and it disables not only bobs roboport but apearantly normal ones too (which blocks other mods on my list). Unchecking it should fix it.

Update, i restored the original settings for ERPTbaAB and the already existing save works as well, so if you have that error, disable ERPTbaAB, change mod settings so bob allows roboports, and turn on ERPTbaAB again and you are good to go. Thanks SuperSandro2000, i never even thought to go to cheat mode and check if roboports even exist.
