Way overpowered without enough negatives. I modified mine to be a bit less kind. A little better on the positives, but they come at a price. Speed leads to higher consumption, might add pollution, too. Efficiency leads to lower speeds, and less pollution. The two together are more like the originals, a bit of benefit making it worth it, if you are willing to put the resources into making them!
