One of your mods removed stone as an ore. Turn off the stone byproduct option as a temporary workaround.
I'll look into trying to detect if stone exists and potentially removing the mod option entirely if it doesn't.
The one mod is shurely Angels Refining.
Ill turn it off then. There is enough stone in angels already ^^.
