Adds a fourth tier of quality module, with a much greater quality bonus (30% at base, up to 75% at max quality), but with huge speed and power penalties. This module is geared towards usage where the product is not crafted in mass quantity, where the RNG does not "transform into ratios", as kovarex put it.
Normally, things like power armor, nuclear reactors, and the like never benefit from the statistical nature of quality unless you wastefully craft hundreds of times as many of them as you ever need, which feels awful; this module allows to get those items in quality as well, without such waste.
To better complement the module's effects, this mod also slightly adjusts the quality penalty from speed modules, forcing more meaningful decisions about which combination of modules to use to achieve a desired quality influence at acceptable speeds.
There is also an option, disabled by default, to increase the vanilla T3 quality module from 2.5% to 4% (max quality 6.25% becomes 10%), to give a 1/2/4 series, more fitting other modules' effect curves, rather than diminishing returns like exist in vanilla.
The module numbers are tuned so that, assuming four module slots (like in a Mk3 assembler), you can get exactly +100% quality with no speed penalty with two of these modules (at maximum quality!) and two T3 speed modules, but at a whopping 750% power cost. Or you can just put all four slots as quality, with a huge speed penalty (-200%, and though it gets capped to -80% net, this negates pretty much any possible speed-based mitigation), for no gain in the single-step quality chance (since that caps at 100%), but with an increased chance of the "bonus" quality tier advancements. Doing the same with non-quality versions of those module, you would only get +10% quality in the first scenario.
