Delete chunks which contain no player entities, configurable chunk radius & paving detection
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
Is the game coded in a way that you would be able to keep the minimap images when destroying chunks?
Also, any way to move the button to a new location and include a confirmation dialog? It's rather large and potentially easy to mis-click.
No, the minimap is generated from charted chunks. Deleting them makes them unavailable for that purpose.
Because the mod maintains no persistent data with the saves, my usage pattern has been to only enable it when I need to use it. I expect that this would be the same for most others. I may consider a change to the interface in the future.
