All minable resources are now infinite with varying yields that diminish over time.

Should have minimal incompatibility issues with other mods.

Yield values above 100% provide a chance that you mine more than 1 unit at a time (e.g. 200% means you always mine 2 units at a time). Use the default in-game controls combined with the mod settings to fine tune the yield amounts you want.

- yield values now scale much more evenly between starting resources and expos -expos will have much lower yield values now, though still higher than starting resources
- added a mod setting to allow users to set a baseline yield value that resources spaces will never start below (default 75%)
-(WARNING: applying this upgrade to an existing map will cause starting resource patches to drop to extremely low yield values)
