The original Mod Author Klonan has announced that the original mod is going to be deprecated, and will not be updated to version 1.1. If you plan on attempting to continue it, you might want to speak with him about taking it over, and adding a credit to him on the Information page.

its likely that this is just some silly thing the authors done to correct for an API change to get it working again. I wouldn't expect bazoopy to be able to maintain this mod like klonan could.

ghoti is 100% correct. I just hacked this mod so I could play 1.1 on day1.

Not the same at all, I posted a thread in the Companion Drones forum. One is rather mid-game, land constructions bots are early game and rather nice. They can be protected much more easily behind walls what's more.
No chance you maintain it?
