Makes inventory tiles interactible between them and brings all item slot graphics to 0.17 age.

I tried really hard to get colors close to vanilla and it does seem close enough in 0.17.1: https://i.imgur.com/6fve0Py.png I also run the middle sections of tiles through blur filter to smooth out the edges.
