After fixing that dent you got after crashlanding on this planet. You finally realise what the mission was: establish a colonial outpost and exploit its resources for the benefit of your people.

While running yesterday i though of adding some worker to the game.....
I had a quite similar setup in mind like yours, with just two differences.
Start with a given number of worker
add to each recipe a certain number of worker (which will be also returned as a result, but exhaused)
Exampe copper-plate & worker -> copper-cable & exhaused worker
Oh man that's nuts. It's basically the system I have. You get a tired colonists after a job is finished, with a small chance of getting an injured one.
Then in housing they rest and here their is a small chance for them to die. Maybe I should make this clearer in the description?
This is kind of an early version so if you have any ideas please share them.
