Disables fog of war, allowing you to always see visited chunks, like having permanent radars everywhere
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
I don't know why this wasn't already a thing considering the original clear skies of peace had it, plus having it on at all times causes a performance hit (and looks kinda ugly since its constantly flashing)
