I really don't understand why the game feels like it concrete and other pavement should only remove ground junk 15-25% of the time. After installing the mod I realised it's not retroactive but luckily for me I only used relatively very little concrete so repaving it will be very quick.

Thanks for the response! I haven't been able to play Factorio much recently, but I love seeing so many people able to enjoy this mod, simple though it is. I'm glad you are one of them. May your factory continue to grow!
