Is it still not working correctly for you? It works for me in 1.0. If you are still seeing issues, I can downgrade to 18.24 to look, but as far as I know, nothing changed behavior-wise in that area.
Doesnt work for me either. Maybe it#s another mod? Can't find anything in my find what mod it could be tho.
Edit: So it does work with newly placed concrete but not the existing one (before you added the mod). Would it be possible to convert existing concrete into the new cleaned conrete?
That's something I addressed in the FAQ. It doesn't apply to already existing concrete. The game checks a value for what percentage of ground decoration to remove when placing tiles. It doesn't refer back to that afterwards, so I can't help you there. Sorry!
