When I try to play without basic sea block I'm in the normal world,
and all the item are in double.
It is a bug or it's normal?

this mod was designed to replace basic sea block not to be used together. You should use 1 or another, to play with Oceanus just start a game with one of the scenarios enabled, there's easy normal and hard the difference in only starting island size initial equipment and basic researches
Starting a normal game will disable the mod
