A mod that adds rails which can be placed on water
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
Can the spitters and biters walk across these tracks?
Nothing (not even you) can walk on these tracks. Only trains can drive on them. I have tried to make them "walkable" but there is no good way to do so.
