+1 for this. I just realize it as well.
There's no BotRecaller chest on the map as placed down entity, only reside in the logistic chest
(because i didn't use it all the time).
Yet it already use 0.2X script update.
I suggest the mod turn off the function if there's no entity exist.
This is a similar request with a Ghost Scanner mod that i made to the mod author (Optera), and now a ghost scanner mod not even using 0.00X if they were not active, even if i put hundreds of those on the map.
Since both mod deal with seeing logistic info, i think this should be possible.
