Restores borders to alert icons, added custom settings for Scale, Offset and Icons.
Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.

I just updated (well it past like an hour or something lol), anyway I post only one image (2 if we count the thumbnail :-D), but I think it passes the idea well.
