Technology components 3 can be crafted if bob Advanced research is researched, but technology components have dependency from Bob Advanced research

May be Advanced technology pack must goes before Bob Advanced research technology?

if you mean "Advance Research" from bobtech that unlock "Science Pack 4"
and "Technology components 3" from my mod that unlock "Advanced technology components pack" and " Addition technology components pack"

you must research "Advance Research" -> "Technology components 3" both of it just use "Science Pack 3"
