b Locale not working correcting in .15

The game is showing the tech names as Unknown key:"technology-name.[techname]"

this is an error caused somewhere in the mods locale I believe.

Will be dropping an update for this shortly. The mod will also be reworked (with more tiers with the new research packs). I've just got to play-test first. Thanks for highlighting the issue!
