for anyone looking for an update to this mod, I have gone ahead and updated it to work with SA and 2.0. it should work knocks on wood as i got it fully placeable and working fluid wise but i only tested on nauvis and with water. my fork can be found here https://mods.factorio.com/mod/BigStorageTank-Fork
