Would it be possible to adjust the size of rail and chain signal lights with this mod as well? Being colourblind I have a hard time differentiating between green and yellow sometimes.

Yes, it's doable.
I can add that as an enhancement to the mod. However, I don't see how it differs from colourblind, as the colors won't change, only the lights will be larger.
