when do you make the 0.15.x upgrade?

He/she hasn't touched this mod in 8 months. It's hard to say it'll ever get updated :( i hope it does though.... this bucketwheel is what saved my facility from being completely drained of resources late-game without nearly killing my computer's CPU from a massive overlay of electric drills!

I'd also love an updated version. It's definitely one of my favorites just cause it was different.
