Makes Bob's solar panels and accumulators stronger. Also adds an option to remove the alternate solar panels/accumulators.

I'm in the process of making a satelitte but the accumulator isn't working in the recipe. As far as I can see is the accumulator from the satelitte recipe the default factorio version.
I'll see what I can do.
