POINTLESS MOD: APPARENTLY THERES A SETTING THAT DOES THIS ALREADY IN SETTINGS -> INTERFACE -> "Show all items in selection lists" Allows ghost placement of all entities in map view before they are researched, allowing full planning from day 1

Press SHIFT + M to enable basic Planner Mode. With Planner Mode enabled you can enter the map view and start placing ghosts of anything in the game! No longer do you have to wait to research tech or need to have pre-built blueprints to be able to plan your base ahead of time! Get started as soon as you (crash) land!
DISCLAIMER: This mod will disable achievements since it's technically researching all technology, even if just temporarily.
