This modpack is specially assembled to monumentally increase the intricacy and asperity of the base game with Bob's mods, Angel's mods, Yuoki Industries, Space Exploration, AAI, Logistics Trains, Pyanodons mods and more. Fixed incompatibilities, missing mods and included the better monster stuff.

so I downlaoded the modpack through ModMyFactory, do i have to manually download and select all the sub mods, or is there some way to make it auto download?
Downloaded ModMyFactory today so not that used to it yet.

I don't have ModMyFactory anymore, but the last time I downloaded this modpack here there was the possibility to download them automatically. So you do not have to manually download all sub mods (this would be also really dumb because that's what mod packs usually do :D)
I would say try it a little bit yourself or otherwise look in manual how the program works, it was not so complicated.
