But i don#t know how to install this modpack is this correct to download all mods and unpack them togehter in the dir Ballast's Bolognese in my mod folder from factorio?

Sorry for the late answer. The easiest option for mod and modpack installation is using the in-game mod browser and manager. Just by selecting a mod and pressing the "install" button, the mod itself and all its dependencies are automatically installed. In this case, installing a modpack will install all included mods and activate them. If your game was of version that is different from .17, then incompatible mods and modpacks shouldn't show up. Now the modpack is updated to .18 so it should show up.
