Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
It will make it much clearer what mod is about and avoid confusion with people who only play single player sandbox.

BTW: If you ever want to change name of a mod, upload new version with different name in info.json ;) Each upload resets the name, description, dependencies, etc. shown on mod portal :)
I tried change name in json and entire zip file and it failed to upload because of incompatible names.
how about to delete the old one?
I cant just delete my mod.
