b Strange stuttering with all machinery

Hi! I just installed the mod, and got it up and running. However, I'm noticing that all of my machines, from ones that run on Coal to those that consume electricity, seem to be stuttering or almost lagging. It's not visually the same as if you were low on electricity in the base, unmodded game, but it seems to be having much the same effect.

For instance, a basic furnace, when fueled with coal/wood and having something inside of it to smelt, will light up and half-way smelt the item, pause for a second and a half (with the flames visible on the front of the furnace going out) and then suddenly smelt the other half of the item. The same is happening with just a single electric drill and a couple of electric powered inserters, they are stuttering and jerking, even though my power set up (14 boilers, 10 Steam Engines) should theoretically be able to power just those three machines without any problem whatsoever.

Now, granted, the laptop I'm running the game on is older, but at the same time, I've never had problems with Factorio before. And the stuttering, laggy effect only occurs to the machines, not the character or the actions of chopping down trees, manually mining ores, or placing down machines or conveyor belt, etc.

Is there any thing specific that might be causing this? I'm running the game with the latest version, and just downloaded the modpack an hour ago as of the time of this writing.

If you want to uninstall it I'm pretty sure the GUI should still be up somewhere in the top left, then after you click uninstall in the UPS-up GUI you can remove the UPS-up folder within the mod and remove the line containing UPS-up from modlist.lua.

Same Problem here - Never mind, figured it out and changed the config so its not in the "save memory" setting
