Angels currently provides the recipe to void coolant but not used coolant. All this does is add it to the list of available voids.

Imho, if anything, it should be disabled for both.
Its a very interesting chain and the ability to void it could lead to someone thinking its intended, which is kinda bad as it could (and should) be recycled, you´d need to inject it with new coolant anyway.
But if you are swimming in BMO, i guess its fine ;)
